"Stay away! A cheap motel in disguise. Don’t be fooled by the Radisson branding; it seems Radisson has no standards, and this property is a cheap motel at best. My experience was so poor that after booking three nights, I couldn't even stay for one and checked out the same day. Despite this, the property manager charged me for two nights. I was caught in a frustrating loop of "he-said, she-said"—Expedia claimed it was up to the manager, and the manager claimed they couldn't help because it was an Expedia booking. Ultimately, the customer takes the loss. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Avoid this property, and Expedia, you definitely need to do better for your customers. Despite asking Expedia’s online support agent multiple times, nobody contacted me to discuss this and the agent said their supervisor/manager also cannot do anything else, wow."

"Has no pool or spa…when asked about the listing saying it did the hotel staff simply said they don’t. Only 2 towels when 4 people in a double queen room…towels ripped and worn Breakfast was not maintained and no staff around…juice was out, waffle mix empty, no butter just a couple piece of white toast."

"The room was impeccable; since they remodeled the rooms, everything seemed so much brighter, fresher, and cleaner. The front staff was helpful, courteous, and very kind. I would definitely stay here again."

"Tv internet kept going out. Felt the sheets were very rough. Room nice along with good sized bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of room to sit and eat"

The issues were the pool was really cold, only stayed in it about 20minutes, we all were shivering, did not like the pocket door between bedroom & bathroom, very hard to open & close, made less privacy for use of bathroom,"
