"Upon arriving to the property the outside was well maintained however, the inside had a horrible smell as there had been a flood but the room I stayed in had not been cleaned. The sink had toothpaste left in it, the shower looked as though it was not cleaned in years, (I refused to use it) the shower curtain was stained as though it was never taken down to be cleaned. The floors had a large stain on it carpet looked like it’s been in that hotel since it was built. One of the beds the sheets were extremely wrinkled as though they were thrown in a pile and pulled out to be used. There was a large water stain on the wall. The lamp shade had what appeared to be mold Spurs growing on them and window curtain had red droppings looked like blood. The closet door would not stay closed AB’s the handle was sticky AB’s door was dirty. The carpet in the hall again was very worn and dirty. The elevator walls had prints and spillage all over them. This was by far the absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I would not recommend it to anyone. Just because the town was not large or rich does not mean the hotel should be clean because people come from out of state and expect to get a comfortable place to stay. 4 out of 10, the staff was excellent. I need a refund. I have photos"
"What a run down, filthy place. The shower had mold. The towels were yellow. The pillow cases has make up on them. The chair had brown stains in the seat (I don't want to know from what). The door was crooked so bad that light from the hallway was coming in. The AC intake (which is directly above the entrance) had dust and filth covering it. The staff were just kids who seemed unable to do anything accept offer a second room which was not any better. We ended up leaving after just check in to stay at another hotel. The kid at the front desk told us we would still be charged for the room and would have to call the manager in the morning and ask for a refund. Horrible place."
"Nice staff, the pool wasn’t open and it’s small, gym area small too, I stayed in a 1 bed king size room. Couple of stains on the sheets very outdated room the tub was clogged breakfast was ok definitely basic don’t expect anything crazy"
"Great breakfast. However, that was overshadowed by 1) a front door intercom that did not work (we arrived after 11 pm and the doors were locked), 2) toilet that we had to hold the handle down in order to flush, and 3) air conditioner in the room set to 61 degrees. I hope this is not the start of this place going downhill. Given their nightly rate is double other local hotels, any reduction in quality makes paying the extra money unreasonable."
