"It was a very nice stay!
The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures.
Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great.
The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro.
The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast. "

"The singular Santiago was amazing, the staff made the difference in this hotel, everyone absolutely everyone will go above and beyond to make sure your stay exceeds your expectations.
The quality of the breakfast and the restaurant menu is superb and their pisco is to die for.
Lastarria is a very pretty and safe area so location couldn’t be better.
My only suggestion will be for the TV in the room to be bigger in size since rooms are massive ( at least the type that we booked).
