For the price, the room was comfortable and clean. However, even if the building is entirely smoke free, our floor and room has a bad cigarette stink. Breakfast was ok. Location is very good, near a metro station and a lot of restaurants and stores.

It is a good, safe, medium-sized hotel in an interesting neighborhood. Plus it is close to the subway. The staff are the best part of the hotel. They are polite, friendly, efficient and reliable. I checked in to find a card on my bed asking for a tip. Bad first impression I have to say. I am not opposed to tipping but there has to be a service done. Why would you just ask for money when you literally haven’t done anything? Leave a water bottle or something at least. The room was the size of a closet and the fan/ac unit did not work. At least the front desk wasn’t bad. The girl working was nice. Silver lining right?
