"Rooms where ok but the whole school of kids staying at the building was just crazy loud and didn't see anything done about the noise. Another thing that was crazy is that they let local homeles people stay at the property so it didn't feel safe leaving my back pack in the room and i didn't see any lockers to lock it."

"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom.
