"Overall, this is a historic property that misses the mark completely on service. For example, we arrived after our flight at 5 am, hoping to checkin early but prepared to store our luggage. The lobby was dark and they never did bother to turn on any lights. For double the price we were offered checkin to a lesser suite. No offer of tea or coffee. If we wanted breakfast it would cost us 110 Euros. Used the bathroom to clean up a bit, and waited in a dark corner of the lobby until the sun came up...

"We found the hotel to be luxurious and very clean.
However the big downfall for us was the very busy, noisy traffic on the road at the front of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was at the front of the hotel and even with the window closed you could hear the traffic noise day and throughout the night. In hindsight we should have requested to change rooms to the back of the hotel but we had unpacked and settled...

"I cannot see myself going back to Istanbul and not staying back at this hotel. The location was perfect, just walking distance to the Blue Mosque. The breakfast was very good and it has plenty of choices. Rooms were clean and overall the hotel was well maintained. The staff was outstanding. Specially Batuhan and Cineyt (forgive me if I misspelled your name). They were very helpful arranging tours. Highly recommend this hotel."
