"The front desk staff of Zhu, Jeril, and Ben, were simply amazing!!! The room was super clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed two things the most, the pool and the breakfast. The pool was really clean and well attended by the staff. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. There were so many food choices that changed every day. Also, the staff at the breakfast were always at ready to help you in any way. We will make Quest our hotel of choice in Cebu."

"Summit Galleria, attached to Robinsons Mall was overall a great place to stay. Easy to get a grab car to the city centre. Close to all the historical attractions as we walked to them all from the hotel, finishing at Puso village for lunch.
The food was fantastic. The cocktails delicious and outstanding staff, not only in the restaurant but the whole hotel. I would highly recommend Summit Galleria."

"Definitely one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. The hotel looked similar to the hotels in Las Vegas, most likely because it also housed a casino. I stayed in one of the premiere rooms with access to the private lounge on the top floor. The treatment by the lounge staff was deserving of the status of a 5 star hotel as it allowed all of our needs to be handled by the separate concierge staff in the lounge instead of the front desk downstairs. The breakfast inside...

"This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet.
This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars.
Breakfast not good."
