"The room was very clean, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the private bath areas. The gym was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals a rowing machine and a few light free weights and stability balls. The hotel is located in a beautiful quieter area of Shibuya but a very close walk to a few train stations and the heart of Shibuya crossing. Will definitely stay here again"

"Recently stayed at than hotel and it was perfect! The staff were so nice and helpful. The room was vet spacious and clean and all amenities that were needed were provided! My one word of caution is the washer/dryer takes 3-4 hours and it won’t dry your clothes in the first round so please plan the time to do your laundry. Set it when you leave for the day and then re dry when you return but do not wait until the day before you leave so it slowly throughout your trip. I was easily able to have...

"Great place to stay in Tokyo, with a decent Shinjuku location that makes exploring the city easy. The restaurant was under renovation during our stay, so we couldn’t try the food, but having a 7-Eleven across the street and a FamilyMart nearby was very convenient. The onsen on the top floor is small but relaxing after a day of walking. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay."

"Unique hotel, lobby on 8th floor. Elevated rooms. Fantastic location if you like being right in the middle of the action in Shinjuku. Subway is pretty close (short walk), lots of restaurants (great choices, from high end to low end, tiny local hole in the wall places, great shopping. Well-appointed rooms, clean and modern. Firm beds and pillows, fine for me, but if you can only sleep on soft, cushy bed and pillows, then heads up. Supposedly can ask for a softer pillow but did not enquire. Staff...

"They supply everything required for your stay, including pajamas, hair and sanitary products, and face masks. The room remained consistently clean, though you must ask for cleaning services. After a long day of walking, we appreciated returning to fresh sheets and a cloud-like bed that felt exceptionally comfortable."

"Property is in a good location with great restaurants near by. Room was fine but small. Hard to find a place for luggage. Laundry really did take 4+ hours. I would suggest removing the laundry machine, mirror, and put the record player on a shelf there with storage for bags underneath, so easier to move around in a small but great room."

"Second time I’ve stayed here for my last 2 nights back in Tokyo before coming home. Perfect for location (near to great spots for food and shopping, plus more importantly 3mins away from the airport limousine to Haneda) and to be used functionally rather than as a lovely place to stay. Very small room but crucially you can put your suitcases under the bed! I dropped something on the floor and when I picked it up, I saw a lip balm and a travel perfume bottle - so not particularly thorough in...
