"The walls are paper thin, so I was kept awake all night by a neighboring room blasting video games. It was still going at 5 am. I called the front desk to see if they could ask the guest to lower the volume, and they said they were not able to reach them, but they would leave a complaint with the manager. It was unclear if the desk clerk was finished as he was still talking, and it turns out he thought he’d hung up, so I got to hear him and his coworker speak really negatively about my request and said "what do I expect for the money I was paying." Actually, the room is pricey, and I at least expected a night NOT to feel like an arcade room, and maybe decency from the staff. But the staff obviously did not agree. "

"A generally solid Residence Inn with a good breakfast. Just disappointed the pool was closed -- not sure that was indicated before I booked. Also, weird thing happened with alarm clock in our room going off in middle of night (we never touched it). Not sure what the deal was with that, but it was most unwelcome!"

"There was a mystery pill found on the floor in the room. Lucky my dog didnt eat it. Still taking him to the vet. The hotel staff had nothing to say about it and even tried to take away the evidence. Also, anyone can walk in and wander around. Doors open without a key. "

"Staff was super sweet. But there should be some sort of service to take you to your room/bring you up to the main lodge for dinner. Maybe a front desk person with a golf cart. Pretty dangerous to walk down that path alone at night in the dark after some drinks at dinner. Otherwise, very chic and comfortable. "
