"We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. It’s centrally located in the little town. We had issues with the heating, which wasn’t working and we received an electric heater straightaway. Just one suggestion: there...

"Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. When I first sat on it I thought the mattress was really firm but because it was memory foam I woke up feeling so fresh every day and my back wasn’t in pain. Same with the pillows. The pillows aren’t wide standard ones so you aren’t so far down the bed. Best sleep we had. Chilled vibes and staff are all so friendly in all departments. "The hotel was perfectly located to enjoy the sights of the old cadiz streets. Close to all major areas so it was a perfect place to stay. Breakfast was good, and service from all staff was excellent "

"Habitaciones muy cómodas! La comida muy rica, todo el personal muy amable! La única oportunidad de mejora es el proceso de ingreso en recepción ya que hicimos mas de 1 hora de fila, ojala puedan optimizar estos tiempos. De cualquier forma el personal nos dio una hora mas a la salida por esta situación compensando esa perdida de tiempo así que nosotros felices, muchas gracias!"
