"La persona que me atendió de manera muy grosera, me cobró personalmente , aunque le expliqué muchas veces que ya lo había pagado por medio de la aplicación, aún que ya me había mostrado el recibo de pago. Literalmente me amenazo con correrme si no me daba el dinero, y por razones de logística tuve que pagarle ya que no tenía otro lugar donde quedarme. Fue una experiencia bastante estresante y desagradable. Decidí retirarme mejor y buscar otro lugar ( una que ya me había pagado dos veces) ya que...

"Fomos super bem recebidos pela dona da pousada, ficamos apenas um dia porque já iriamos a Providencia na manhã seguinte (na suite que é um quarto feito de bamboo) e acredite, que experiência incrível.
Embora você pense que será algo 'simples', o quarto é super equipado, com ar condicionado, frigobar, banheiro privativo, cama maravilhosa, TV e tudo rustico que fez com que nossa experiência fosse incrivel.
O restante da pousada, juro por Deus, nunca vi tanta decoração que fizesse com que você se...

"We had a great time here, the place is in a beautiful spot, a bit away from the busy center. Our room looked out right to the ocean, will miss waking up to this view. All staff were super friendly, welcoming and supportive to make our stay great.
Breakfast freshly prepared every morning with good variety.
Bones points for the cute cats and dogs always happy for a cuddle :) "

"If you like an simple but affordable quiet and well maintained accommodation, then the Red Ground Village may just be for you. It's not luxury but Francesco and his wife are very nice and extremely helpful to make sure your stay is pleasant.
I enjoyed calling this place home for the 10 days I spend in San Andrés. Although it is not located next to the beach or in the centre of the town, you are only about 10 min. away with a cab or public transportation. I would certainly use Red Ground Village...
