"The beaches are nice but far away from the properties, infrastructure like roads and drainage of the island is below par feels like a third world country won’t go there again !"

"Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. "Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado"

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The A/C worked wonderfully, which is an absolute must when traveling to San Andrés since it gets so hot and humid. As for the food, breakfast was just okay (it did the job), but they make amazing pizza, and the shrimp cocktail was super delicious despite the small portion size. The pool area was clean and nice. However, the jacuzzi was disappointing as it wasn't hot and stayed the same temperature as the pool. The biggest downside to the...

"El hotel parece que es relativamente nuevo. Las cosas por mejorar son: - Poner colgaderos para las toallas en los baños, literal no hay nada para extenderla para secar o mientras uno se ducha. - entra demasiada luz del corredor en la noche al cuarto. El desayuno estuvo variado los tres días que estuvimos. El servicio estuvo 8/10."
