"I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Mosta Stays during my trip to Malta, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. One of the highlights was the balcony view. Overlooking the city, it felt genuinely magical, especially in the evenings. It created such a relaxing atmosphere and made the stay even more memorable. What truly set Mosta Stays apart, however, was their 24-hour customer service via WhatsApp. It made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Any query or request was handled promptly, and it gave a real sense of reassurance and comfort knowing support was always just a message away. Breakfast was standard continental, but perfectly satisfactory with good selection and, importantly, the staff were very accommodating to any requests, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was everything I needed and more - comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully managed. When I return to Malta, I will definitely be staying at Mosta Stays again without hesitation. "Fantastic variety for breakfast you won't go hungry, especially the bacon . We travelled with 2 small children and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and cleaned every day .There sports bar is across the road and has better selection of drinks than the Hotel bar . The indoor pool was great as heated. You need to get blue towels from the spa to use in the pool. Note If you're using the hotel car park, it can only cater for a small car as it's very tight. "

"The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. However, they seem to be having trouble communicating with the reservation system. We booked three rooms with breakfast included, and upon arrival, it turned out that only one room had breakfast included. So, I had to send them confirmations for all the rooms. The receptionist confirmed that everything was in order, but the next day at breakfast, it turned out they wouldn't let our group in because the breakfast staff didn't recognize our pre-paid breakfast in the system. This meant I had to explain the situation again. When I'm going on vacation, I shouldn't be interested in handling reservation-related matters for a hotel employee. That's their job, not mine. and the hotel bar also lacks a bit of honesty, the Happy Hours promotion sometimes turns out to be 100% paid and the beer that is supposed to be 500 ml on the menu suddenly turns out to be 300 ml"
