"Starting with the negative- kids in the jacuzzi jumping around doing cannonballs into it bumping into me and others and no apology parent didn’t care the kids then started was screaming at a spa hotel which is for relaxing!!!?? I would suggest a kids only section and a adult only section The towel pick up and drop off was only open once when I went there surly they can have a rack of towels and a drop off section ?
