"Black Meadow Landing Burrow Inn is cozy and clean. It has a small kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a meal. The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. The beach and launch ramp were nice. We brought our canoes and paddled around. We had a great time. We would stay again and would recommend to our family and friends. "

"This property is very poorly maintained. Stuffing coming out of the sofa, poorly cleaned. Cracks in the tile and grout in the bathrooms. Furniture was old. Worse was the fact that the heat didn't work. The thermostat was an antique as was the furnace. We couldn't stay there and had to leave and find other accommodations. However, even if the heater had worked, Im doubtful that it had enough life in it to heat the place."
