"As I walked into the main hotel, there was an amazing beautiful lobby with a open actual bay patio view in the rear of the lobby. The smell of the sea air and giew was divine.We were shuttled to the another Sheraton Hotel Harbor Resort tower and our room was amazing with a balcony both overlooking the 180 degree view of the bay. The bay is right in front of the hotel and is also behind the hotel. The staff were courtesy, very nice and helptful and I want to give a shout out to Jeffrey and Dino...

"We had a really enjoyable stay here. The location is incredibly convenient for getting to and from the airport. Just a quick tip for future travelers regarding the airport shuttle: make sure to call the front desk to request it, as it doesn't run on a set loop or schedule. Once requested, the service was prompt and smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was solid—it won't win any culinary awards, but it absolutely does the trick and gets your day started...

The reason I am not giving this a 10/10 experience is because there were several times at the front desk where there was only one person working and helping other customers and engaging in excessive small talk without acknowledging a long line forming behind them. Although it probably made the customer that was being helped feel like the most important person ever, it made us that were waiting feel less than."
