"Housekeeping services were lacking. Had to ask for basic supplies on a daily basis. For example, coffee, coffee cups, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some towels were stained and they were all worn out and needed to be replaced badly. When we arrived to our room, there was a half-full water bottle on the counter that someone had left. Location is excellent. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Overall, an okay experience."

"The amenities are great on paper but in person they are VERY old and weathered. The property is not well kept. Our room smelled like mildew. Don't be fooled by the great marketing material they have this is definitely a ZERO luxury spot. "

"The property is lovely, clean and the staff are beyond wonderful! The location is great and the area appears fairly safe. The only complaint that I have is the bed was sinky with the bed springs pushing into my body. Also, the pillows are some of the worst that I have experienced in the hotel sector. As much as I loved the property and staff, I would not stay here again because of the man eating mattress and uncomfortable pillows. "
