We stayed in the junior suite, and while it was nice it was underwhelming for the price. I was expecting more out of the kitchenette, the fridge is undersized, doesn’t seem to be the right unit for the fridge slot, and doesn’t stay cold so leftovers went bad twice. However mid week we found out that it was plugged into the wrong outlet that turns off when the motion sensors aren’t triggered so maybe that was the issue. If you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to tap a lap through the living room to trigger the sensors or the light switches don’t work.
Biggest issue for us was that it’s not really kid friendly. Restaurants don’t really have a kids menu so everything is audit size and priced, but the food is good. Service is meh in the restaurant and Apple juice was like $9. The manager gave me a hard time about plugging in a Nintendo to the tv, making it sound like plugging in HDMI can hurt the tv.
On the good side: location was great, super walkable to little Italy and harbor. Staff was mostly helpful and nice.
TLDR; don’t bring the kids and don’t pay for the upgraded room and it will be a great stay
