My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing and frustrating from the moment I arrived. The front desk receptionist, whose name was either Gianni or Giovanni, was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than greeting guests or addressing check-in efficiently, he was preoccupied chatting with his co-worker and showed little interest in providing even the most basic level of service.
When I voiced my concerns about the inattentiveness, he responded by handing me a room key without a word and assigned me a room on the second floor—right next to the pool, gym, and ice machine. I was traveling with my mother, who suffers from migraines and desperately needs quiet to rest. This inconsiderate placement made our stay even more stressful and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, their website clearly states that parking is free. However, upon arrival, I was told there was no self-parking available and was charged $60 for valet. This misleading information felt like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Overall, this hotel lacked professionalism, honesty, and basic customer care. I strongly urge others to avoid staying here at all costs. There are plenty of other accommodations that value their guests—this is not one of them.
