It’s okay for one night stay. Very close to Sea world though. Rooms are quite old building and as soon as we entered lights went off but thanks to staff they arranged other room quickly.

excellent choice for any San Diego touring

Nice location with a waffle station. Only major complaint was the breakfast could have used some protein options, but still really good and well stocked. The location was perfect, close to the Marine Bootcamp depot and near the airport. Also close to all touristy events, though not as "walkable" as advertised. It is 35 35-minute walk to the base main entrance.

The door was hard to open because the key rarely seemed to unlock it. Breakfast wasn't great with limited options, not enough tables for the people staying and not enough room to allow guests to get to the counter. The rooms need updating as they look tired and tatty.

Man at the front desk was very rude! Request and was confirmed joining rooms with my daughter, only to be told the man in the room extended his stay, that he is here on business. Carpet need to be removed, they are gross.
