"Rooms were clean, the staff were helpful. They need a better solution for parking, there are parking spots but when the hotel is full, there is a struggle in finding parking on the property. The property is safe. For a free breakfast it is very good.Breakfast area is adequate. When the hotel is full, you may struggle with seating, alternatively, just eat in your room."

"Good location; rooms are bare-bones but not in a bad way. Walkable to Universal Studios, but beware there is a giant hill to walk up. It can be avoided by taking the shuttle outside the NBC building (I never avoided it). The parking spaces are microscopic, and the night staff is selective about whom they call to move vehicles if they aren’t parked between the lines, so make sure to fold your mirrors."

"The room itself was so nice and clean the only thing that our hotel room didn’t have was a working fridge we left water bottles over night to cool and when we woke up they were still room temp.its okay tho overall our stay was nice would book again"

"Expect to pay additional 10$ parking. If you’re staying more than one night there is no cleaning available u less you request it ahead. The bedsheets smells bad and not clran. The rooms smell bad and not clean. And it’s nit an Inn as there is no breakfast or any food ir water served. Staff do not care if you stay at the hitel or leave. They will tell you there are no rooms available even if there are. Also be aware they close the front desk 1-2 hours afternoon and you have to wait until they...

"The lobby is lovely and comfortable. It has beautiful brocade drapes and very nice statues of giraffes. Our room was clean, the shower was a large walk in and the bed was nice and firm. We liked the box breakfasts. They even included a fresh, large apple!"

"We stayed the night for a family trip and chose this hotel bc it was near places we needed to stop at. So happy we did! This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Only improvement I would suggest is the parking situation and a jacuzzi amenity. Parking was a struggle when we arrived at night and I was looking forward yo soaking in a jacuzzi and there wasn’t one.
