"the room itself was dirty. there was a blood stain hand print on the bathroom door. Writing all over the mirrors. When turning the shower on brown filthy water came out. All night long women of the night were sitting outside talking loudly keeping guests awake, and when they had a client they woke everyone up as well"

"We were able to book 1 room for our family of 6. The room was very clean, modern and surprisingly spacious. There were 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to sleep 2. A microwave and small fridge is available to use in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating with our late check in. The complimentary hot breakfast was also a convenient way to start the day. We liked that we were not rushed to leave the dining area after breakfast hours ended. Parking is available onsite for $19 per night at the time of our stay. The parking stalls are tandem, so you will need to leave your keys at the front desk if your car is blocking someone in. The property is located on Lankershim Blvd near Oxnard Street, very close to the freeway and Universal Studios, and there are several places to eat like In N Out within walking distance or a short drive. There is a bathroom on the lobby and we liked the room freshener they use. Conditioning shampoo, body wash, and handsoap are provided in the room. There is a mini convenience store in the lobby to purchase toiletries, pain relievers, first aid, and other travel essentials. A small pool is also available to use located across from the lobby, at the entrance of the parking area."

"As soon as I checked in, I knew I had made a mistake. The moment I walked into my room, I had to turn around and head straight back to the front desk. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, so did the elevator and other common areas. I only stayed one night and ended up checking out early because I simply could not tolerate the conditions. Throughout the night, there were people arguing and fighting outside my room, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. I have photos of both the chair and the bed to document the condition of the room. The chair was so dirty that I refused to sit on it, and I barely felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff, especially the manager. When I brought these concerns to his attention, he told me there was nothing he could do. He explained that they do not enforce their no-smoking policy because they simply charge guests after checkout if the room smells like cigarettes or marijuana. That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the strong odors, poor cleanliness, constant noise, and unhelpful management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had."

"1) Floors in our room were filthy - they appeared clean to the eyes but after walking barefoot around in our room for maybe a short time, the bottoms of our feet/socks were black from the dirt. 2) the WiFi is garbage and desperately needs to be improved asap. On top of that for some reason our regular cell data did not work well in the building either. 3) we were only given: - decaffeinated coffee in the room - 3 bath towels and 1 wash cloth when we had 4 people registered staying in the room - existing stains on the bed sheets - we pressed the button to alert we wanted our room attended to that day, but nobody came The take away from this is the housekeeping doesn’t pay attention to detail and is a bit lazy 4) the hallway is super hot - why not leave it at a comfortable temperature to walk through? But the AC works well in the room. All in all, it’s a ok place to sleep with a comfy bed and lots of pillows."
