Khách sạn Thung lũng San Fernando

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Great"

"This hotel was conveniently located very close to universal studios which is why we stayed there. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff was great. The one thing is was not pleased with is that it lists "complememtary breakfast" and there was indeed no complementary breakfast. There is a little store to shop for overpriced pre made sandwiches that you could buy at a gas station. Otherwise though it was a great stay."

"Everything was amazing!!!!!"

"Our room was ready early, the staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful, the shuttle to Universal Studios and back was incredibly convenient and we enjoyed the dining options as well."

"Great stay, felt safe, clean place and super friendly staff. Tv/entertainment system needs updating cause it was a tad slow to load but all around a good bang for your buck!"

"The whole property was very clean. The service cleaners were always around cleaning and asking customers if they needed anything in their rooms. They were also very nice. My only complaint was the AC/heater unit in the room. The on/off switch had to be pressed many times to get it to turn on. But other than that, I would definitely recommend and definitely return to the Nox."

"My room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel has a Starbucks right downstairs if you’re looking for a quick bite and coffee on your way out the door. The hotel restaurant is standard hotel fair, though service was a bit slow the evening I dined there. This Marriott is very close to the Topanga Plaza mall, with many other dining options. Parking is an overnight fee, but is ample and in a shaded private garage."

"Everything was really good rooms are really clean and the prices are good"
