"The property was clean and well maintained. The beddings were excellent. The staff is mediocre. Parking is ample at the time. Air conditioning is not easy to control to suit your need. Water is not safe to drink per staff but not even a single bottle is provided. Coffee maker operating instruction says use bottle water for better taste but as I said no bottle water, even though it costs few cents a bottle at Costco, is not provided. It is advertised a small variety item available at the office. ...

"I had no problems with my stay at this facility. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was awesome, the parking was easy, the breakfast was great and the room worked perfectly for me and my family. It was 6 of us and the family pet. There was also a little spot with doggie bags just outside the hotel for the dogs although I had my own. I will definitely be staying here for my next vacation in Los Angeles."

"The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest."

"I’ve stayed here before which is why I stayed here again but I can see a decline in the maintenance of the property and the staff was not friendly at all to include the front desk."

"It was a weekend getaway trip with me and my husband. We would definitely stay again. Motel is close to many stores and restaurants of walking distance. It does get noisy on Saturday nights but that’s always expected. Only thing I would request a change is not having to wait for housekeeping to get new fresh towels. Other than that we rate this place a 5 star.. and recommend to people to book here."

"Poor customer service, the front desk person always hide in their room. They said they have on the go breakfast but they forget to restock so nothing. I don’t recommend this place. Very bad experience."

"A remodel has taken place since we stayed here last. Partying guests above us kept us awake much of the night and made the stay less than ideal. The breakfast needs some work, boxed eggs are gross and not much variety or nutritional choices."
