"We asked for daily housekeeping and they happily accomodated. Staff was friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious (we stayed in a king room). It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot and they had extra niceties (6 toppings for oatmeal, cartons of milk with different fat percentage, blueberry compote and whipped cream for mini waffle maker). "The room was clean and comfortable for one night. The front desk door was locked at 3pm and had to use a side window to check in. The lady could not find my reservation and seemed confused but in the end she gave me my room. It was a basic motel and overpriced for what it is but I needed a place close to Burbank airport last minute so it worked. "

Der erste Blick ins Zimmer sieht gut aus, beim näheren Hinsehen fallen dann aber die Kleinigkeiten auf. "My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"
