"Very old tired, looking hotel previously owned by another owner the lobby furniture completely unacceptable stains all over furniture in the lobby. Rooms are just OK. Very old furniture very tired looking hotel very disappointed plus Expedia charged me top dollar could’ve saved 100 bucks buying a direct from the hotel very disappointed in Expedia just deleted your app."

"Good location, grocery and liquor close by, 15 minute uber to Universal Studios. Room had fridge, TV, and great AC. Lots of parking available. Cons would be small rooms, no seating in room other than on bed, and no extra towels. Also only had 3 pillows on the bed which I found odd. Overall would stay again, and I appreciate the last minute accommodation."

"I have never had such a quiet room in my years of traveling. I could not hear ANY sound in the hall at all, but could hear noise as soon as the door opened, even standing just behind the door. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful shower with double showerheads and huge bathroom with 2 sinks. Only minor thing is the showerhead needed cleaning. "This was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. On both occasions I stayed for 6 nights. The rooms I had were lovely - large, clean and comfortable. Most staff I encountered were extremely friendly and efficient. I appreciated being greeted when returning each evening. I intended to give a 5 star review but I changed my mind after my interaction with the receptionist on the last morning. I had gone out for a walk and got delayed when taking a phone call. "Breakfast was good. Staff were good. Rooms were clean. The automated doors that let guests in dont work. It's especially anxiety inducing when you want to get back to the hotel after dark, lets say after 10 pm, you have to knock on the doors, to get the security or front desk folks attention. They ask us to just use the access key but that doesn't work. When we told the front desk about it, they said, it does that sometimes."
