There was one employee helping a difficult guest and one apparently in the back that the valet attendant had to notify to come to the front to assist me. Then, to make matters worse, one of the valet attendants attempted to make my life difficult, which upset me even more. "

"I stayed here two nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Check-in was smooth, but everything went downhill once we got to the room. It looked nothing like what was advertised online. The room was extremely small, felt cramped, and was not clean. I honestly felt claustrophobic being inside. I went back to the front desk to ask if there were any other room options available, but I was told they were completely sold out. What made this even more frustrating was that I could...

"It was perfect. Specially when everything is in walking distance. The freeway is right down the road. We will stay the night here again. "

"The room had not been cleaned and what had to be weeks if not months. There were spiderwebs along the baseboards and very large spiders as if they’ve been there for a very long time eating. Staff made it difficult to try and get at least a refund and wanted to move us to another property across town when we had already unpacked and it was 10 o’clock at night with my kids."

"After a long day, we checked into our room and discovered bugs. It wasn’t the welcome I was hoping for. We had our young kids with us, and I couldn’t risk them, myself, or my husband getting bitten. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and lobby which made us leave immediately. I was recommended this hotel to stay in but I will not be staying here again."

We got to our room and first let me tell you I am not the one to leave a room, but when you find bugs in the room, it was a hell no, and I had my kids with me. "

"We booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios and the Warner Bros studio tour. The hotel has a shuttle to and from these locations which you can book for free which was a nice touch. We thought the hotel was beautiful and the restaurant on site had some lovely food options, albeit not everything was available. Comfortable beds. We had a great stay. "

"Staff was very kind, and communication via email happened prior to check in as well as a follow up email after check out. Room was a little warm at first, but AC did work slowly and kept room cool; even with LA having extreme heat warnings. Beds were comfy, and having a fridge help. Wish each room had a microwave. Didn’t use the pool, but seemed nice. Cool sign at night. Parking @ $25 a night was high, but you do have an option to park on the street. "

"This is a basic hotel with few amenities, but it is clear and well-maintained, staff are friendly, and it is located a block from Hollywood, making it easy to walk around the area. Parking is very limited, so request it ahead if needed, and there is no elevator to the second floor. "
