"Nice pools and clean rooms! Staff was friendly"

"The staff was amazing and the drinks were great. The food was not good at all. The only food options from 11 AM to 6 PM are burgers, hotdog, chicken nuggets by the pool. It was very family and kid oriented, which I was not expecting. Although the staff was great, I would not stay here again."

"Best resort we’ve stayed at in Mexico!! Clean, friendly, great coffee, great food. The Riu Palace had everything we could wish for. We had the best experience and were sad to go. We will be back, 100% If you’re looking for luxury and you’re hesitant to book, take this as your sign. You won’t regret it."

"Excellent and gorgeous all the way around. Quick walk to the gondola and straight to the beach. The whole resort was fabulous. The only thing I didn't like was no balcony, and there was an exhaust fan running all day in the room in the little kitchen area. Otherwise, I will be back again for sure."

"Beautiful views from rooms, clean, modern, and comfortable. Spa service was excellent. Friendly kind staff. A great place for families or the younger crowd. This is not a quiet relaxing resort. Lots of loud music throughout the day into the evening/night. Some confusion with meals first day, as not an open all day buffet. We arrived early afternoon and had trouble getting food at that time for my daughter who was pregnant. The food was good. Not sure if connected, however 3/5 of us got ill a couple days in. Beautiful beach, lots of vendors as expected."
