If you self park below ground you get to pay $19.00 every time you leave courtesy of the City of Pasadena. The only other option is $28.00/day valet. The front desk guy was none to sympathetic when I questioned the $19.00 parking fee."

Then lastly the next morning I went to get ready, and a cockroach was on my items and crawled up the mirror. The gentleman helped me cancel my 2nd night and refunded that so that was one positive but the quality of the hotel itself is foul."
