"The receptionists are all super helpful and patient to all our questions. The included breakfast is so good, always looking forward to it. We paid extra for dinner as well and it was the best decision, food was very upscale and delicious. The salad bar for dinner was just awesome, loved all the options provided. "Lovely authentic Tyrolean hotel . Rooms are large and newly renovated. Breakfast is a decent continental selection. A 3 course set dinner menu is available each night though we didn’t try it. The village is beautiful. We didn’t have a car but the bus and train network to neighbouring villages was pretty good and straightforward plus you get a free transport pass with the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk. All the shops are very close including a new laundrette . Everyone in town speaks Italian and German and most speak enough English . I would definitely stay in this town and at this hotel again. "
