"Clean and functional hotel, excellent location. Room was quiet but the pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel itself lacked charm and friendliness of other hotels we’ve stayed in but that didn’t bother us (might bother others.) One more thing: not a biggie but, if you like a cup of tea at the end of a long day, take your own tea bags! The room has a kettle but they didn’t replace the tea bags. (which we think a 4* hotel probably should do.)"

"Fantastisk service från receptionen, inte minst från Anthony och Kiara. Hotellet har allt man behöver och ligger alldeles precis tåg och buss-stationen. Det var därför inte så trevligt att sitta på balkongen men närheten övervägde. Mycket trafik förbi, såsom i hela Vico Equence. Fin terrass men dock ingen eftermiddagssol. "This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it.
