"Staff was amazing during check in, all throughout our stay and check out. The room we got was the deluxe king room. The pictures are a little miss leading and the room was quite small, but the big bed was accurate. The room had air conditioning which is one of the main reasons I chose it, but it’s mounted under the window and blows straight up to the bottom of the window sill. Thr average temperature outside during my stay was 33-36°C. The room was cooler than being outside for sure, but still muggy. If I didn’t have a fan to sit on top of the vents to blow the cool air into the room it would have been less pleasant. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Typical cold cuts, pastries, yogurt and coffee machines. The location was where it shined. Walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see in downtown Florence."

"No dejen que el lobby los engañe. El hotel es fantástico: excelentes instalaciones, un rooftop maravilloso para tomar algo y comer rico viendo el atardecer desde arriba. El staff me ayudó muchísimo con el tema del internet. Está perfectamente ubicado, porque, salvo el taxi desde la estación del tren (a 10 minutos), se puede ir todos los sitios históricos a pie, caminando máximo 15 minutos"

"This property exceeded our expectations. The staff was courteous, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, well-appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered lots of choice. The location was perfect for all the main tourist sights but felt like an oasis when we walked in. We only stayed one night but would love to come back and stay longer."

"Lovely room in a historic building, very clean, yet modern amenities, gorgeous bathroom and heated towel rack.. only complain is the shower leaked out of the side and flooded the bathroom floor. Rooftop bar overlooking the arno was a highlight, as well as the breakfast. One of the best included hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Perfect location as well. Loved it overall and would definitely return."
