"This property is a gem in the center of Siena. I was happy to learn about their “valet” parking arrangement with a garage which made arrival and departure very easy. The rooms are lovely and the staff very accommodating. Other than breakfast there are no other amenities (ie bar or 24 hr desk clerk) and one can come and go as they please with keys to the palace door!"

"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. The other co-owner kindly offered me our first night complimentary. (Thank you again.). "We had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, making it easy to explore the area, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to note is that there isn’t a 24/7 reception. There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿"
