"My circumstances regarding my situation call for exceptions to “policy” and my rating is not due to policy per se but because I think there was very little customer service. The person at the late night window had a very detached level of concern and sadly a true lack of empathy. I may be aging myself but customer service requires the server to help the customer… basically problem solve, think outside the box, call someone, and/or at least smile. I had chosen this location and establishment...
