We thought we lost something in the shuttle and they were SO good about looking and calling us back. Beyond kind. I would always stay there again. There are lots of airport hotels that are 'interchangeable'. Nice rooms, shuttle, breakfast - they are the best!

Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen
The entire staff was kind, helpful, friendly and genuinely interested in helping us. Christian at the front desk was awesome. The bellhop Brauwner was awesome. Jeffrey, our waiter in the Havienda restaurant- awesome. We will be back.
