The stairs was a problem no elevator the curb appeal was horrible broken concrete and dirty there was no closet in the room literally u lived out of your suitcase.hot water became a problem at times. The staff made the difference Yoli was amazing so sweet and so hard working

Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. ...

The Condado Plaza Hotel
Property is nice. Room was not so great. It was a two queen typical hotel room and the bathroom has a slider door that is a full inch or two away from the wall it slides on so when it's "closed" you can see right through the crack into the bathroom.
