The room was great, the staff was wonderful and attentive. My only issue was that they did not do contactless pay. So, I couldn't use Klarna at checkout.

Aloft San Juan
I didn't give the full five stars only because there was a smell(not clean) in the room. A mix between smoke and trash. And I overheard the staff presenting options to do tourism and maybe because I look like a local, they didnt explain to me all the options. Over all everything was good.

Hyatt Place San Juan
Staff was hgreat. My only.issue is the A/C vent and air return vent were very dirty. I think that when room are being cleaned the vents should also be looked at and dust be removed.
