"I wasn't impressed with this property, I found the room and beds to be not very clean, there was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I asked to get the conditioner bottle in shower filled and it never happened 3 nights out of 4, after coming home late from the hospital the keys wouldn't work. The AC was damaged, it worked but it didn't look very nice."

"This property is terrible. It does not adhere to the standards that we are accustomed to from Best Western. This is an older hotel that was rebranded without being remodeled. Not only was it loud, but it was poorly lit, parking was terrible, and it was FILTHY. The carpet was sticky by the Room Door and the Bathroom Door. The bathroom did not smell clean. and the beds were in need of replacement. As if this were not bad enough, the manager was no where to be found and I was unable to make...
