"The property and staff were exceptional. Great central, walkable area. Amazing breakfast buffet with a extremely large variety of food to choose from. Gym was very well equipped with equipment and fitness staff.
Conceige staff went beyond helpful to ensure that we had everything we needed and made last minute tour arrangements for us that waa exactly what we were looking for and the added personal picture of our time was so deeply thoughtful and appreciated.
Highly recommend this hotel."

"Check in was a breeze, security guard power trippin over a validated parking ticket, he grabbed our ticket and went to front counter to verify the front counter person like he didn’t just see us go to the front counter after telling us to go to the front counter. Upon check out, it took 30 mins to get a luggage cart, so I had to go down and two empty cart people sitting doing nothing when guest services said they were coming twice when I called. Definitely service has changed since last year so...
