"The room was clean, felt cozy and not like your regular hotel room. It usually takes us a couple hours to settle in but we felt comfortable and at home immediately. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy and onsite. Location is great, Avila Beach is a few minutes away and downtown SLO is also a few minutes away. "We spent 4 nights here in mid October in a one bedroomed unit. The building and grounds were very well maintained and the unit was modern and stylish with plenty of home comforts. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and crockery for preparing cold or hot food.
