Khách sạn San Marcos

"It was a clean room other then a weird odor. You’re able to hear people talking from the other rooms and everything in the hallway from doors slamming to people passing by."

"Good"

"Staff was kind and helpful. The property was spotless. Breakfast was good, they even make omelets."

"Love that there were a lot of different places within walking distance."

"What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. "Clean room, property temodeled"

"Staff are great and the property is well Maintained. The room was clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is just ok, we don’t really like the packaged eggs that are served. The location is great and close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay."

"The front desk staff was great! Housekeeping staff was terrible. We asked for coffee filters for the coffee maker. It took 45 minutes for them to bring one coffee filter so we could make coffee. We had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9:30 to clean the room. First, check-out isn’t till 10, we had late check-out, which gave us the room till 11! Our stay was very short and we were at a wedding all day so we didn’t have an opportunity to use all the cool amenities."

"Everything"

"The room was very clean, no odors, the bathroom was spotless; easy to find, close to legoland. Great customer service."
