"Everything was perfect "

"Very close to restaurants and BART station. Clean, quiet, and safe. This was my second stay. My only complaint about service is that last year, and again during my stay last week, I called for towels and after 12 hours they did not arrive. Last time I had to go to the front desk and this time I had to call again. Also, there are no fans in the bathrooms."

"Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options: veggies, fruits, baked goods, hot meals (eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes), dairy. The bar had a good design and a beautiful view. Very nice stay, we had everything we needed. "

"Me and my family stayed here on vacation and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Great location about a ten minute walk away from fisherman’s wharf, and about a 15 minute walk from little Italy. Clean room and they give you 25$ a day in food/ drink credit in their restaurant. Definitely recommend "

"They give you a credit to spend on food and drink, which helps to offset the resort fee you already pay. I'd rather not pay a resort fee at all, and have an option. Gym is very clean. Front desk reception was superb. Valet and doormen excellent!"
