"Check in was next door at the Quality Inn. So as Breakfast which was minimal. They were out of batter for the waffles and I asked if they were going to refill they said no because breakfast was ending in 15 minutes. They were also out of coffee and we had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring more. Tables were few and no one was wiping down until breakfast service was over.
Doors in room did not close well to bathroom and we had light shining in from bathroom window all night."

"The location is somehow peaceful. I thought it was convenient to walk around nearby restaurants but it actually takes to cross wide busy highway streets. I ended up just door dashing food rather than walk. They accept dogs but the place itself is not so dog friendly due to that fact there is no designated place to make them potty (what I meant is even a patch of lawn). I had to go out in the middle of the night to potty my dog by the side streets and I had a hard time coming back in the hotel...

"Nice hotel with great service.
We stayed one night at the Hyatt as we needed a hotel near the SF airport for an early flight the next day. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable .We needed extra towels for our kids, which were sent to our room within minutes. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient."

"Great location. Room was clean, however, the carpets ( very much so), upholstered furniture cushions REALLY need cleaning.
Bathrooms could be cleaned more than only once a day.
Other guests were friendly.
Very funky historical building, so interesting in that regard.
The hallways were crowded with old furniture and very dusty and dirty. For safety and ease of mobility, those hallways should be open and clear.
Windows in our room were difficult to open, and blinds were broken. Other than that,...
