"Great bargain for huge remodeled suite. Excellent breakfast and very helpful, caring staff. I apologize for not remembering the name of the young woman who helped us. We were visiting from out of town for a family medical emergency. We weren’t sure whether we would need to stay an additional night and she held our room as long as she could to give us flexibility. Luckily, we wound up not needing to stay; however, we really appreciate how caring and supportive she was. "

They both went above and beyond to make sure that we were well informed and well taken care of. Kim answered all of our questions and Maria made extra arrangements for us to get a more appropriate room. I can’t say enough about how helpful they were.
