"The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, very close to the city center of Seville and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing attractions. The room was very clean, well maintained, and a good size. Everything was comfortable and in great condition. The gentleman at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. "Just got back from a lovely holiday in Seville and we would not hesitate to return to this beautiful hotel. All of the staff members were amazing, friendly, kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We are also really grateful to the staff for being so accommodating with our gluten free requests. "Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."

"Very central location super close to the cathedral and Alcazar. This is an older building that is tastefully renovated and decorated. Overall very happy with our stay. For check in, we tried to drive in to drop off our luggage - but it was not worth it. The streets are super narrow and it will be much easier to just park in the public parking and then walk your suitcase over. "

"The staff were lovely, and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautifully decorated and looked even better in person than in photos. A few things that could be improved are the mattress - it was far too firm and I woke up with a stiff back each morning because of this. Also, There was mold in the corners of the shower and one could smell this. Last, there is a cockroach problem. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location and we just returned from our second time staying there. The rooms are huge with a lot of storage (though we got a premium room again). Beds are so comfortable and it’s very quiet so we had a great sleep. Bathroom and toiletries are lovely and housekeeping excellent. Weather wasn’t so hot this time so we didn’t visit the rooftop pool as we did last time. Love the coffee and sweeties available too."
