"We had a wonderful stay at Las Terrazas Resort! From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a complimentary beverage, we felt relaxed and welcomed. Hector was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The suites were spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach massage was truly a highlight — so relaxing with the sound of the ocean in the background....

"The property is immaculate, the staff are the best of the best, and they genuinely care about what your needs are. I haven’t been this impressed…ever! They stand when they see you, everyone from the desk, to maids, to lawn maintenance greet you with a pleasant hello and eager to help make your stay amazing. 5/5 stars. "Staff - Super helpful, friendly and understanding. This included reservation confirmations, working on getting a golf cart for us, setting up excursions and also with mitigating late minute excursion cancellations due to weather.

"The staff is great & very accommodating! The location offers lots of choices for restaurants & activities. They were also quick to respond to messages. Pickup at the airport was smooth and on time. Would definitely stay there again!"
