"Excellent location, easily walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Felt safe and easy parking. We were concerned our car may have been over height, there is a 6ft limit but we got in fine. However you can also use the parking in the hotel opposite which has a greater height allowance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bright and had everything you could need. "I cannot emphasize enough the customer service and hospitality of this staff. I watched managers step in with rushes and friendly check-ins with guests if they appeared to be lost or looking for something. Found the rooms were clean and AC worked amazing! Parking is on-site and enclosed, so felt very safe with my car. Overall great stay for quick work trip"

"The Hotel Caza is a great place to stay in San Francisco if you have kids. The rooms are relatively large, the location is amazing and the lobby offers a number of activities to keep the kids amused during the down times. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. "Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut da man nah an vielen Bushaltestellen ist und sich schnell fortbewegen kann. "I was satisfied with the stay, though I had read some negative reviews which were not good about bath water and old fixtures. At the front desk, a nice hotel man explained how to turn on bath water when I mentioned my concerns. We need to pull out the shower handle toward us and turn! The king bed room was spacious enough and very cleanly maintained, though some old stained spots on the carpet which didn’t bother me as long as the floor was cleanly vacuumed. "The hotel was great in downtown and offered cheap parking. I wouldnt walk around the area but I wasn’t planning to anyways. Comfortable beds and clean space, nice bathroom only downside no fridge. Great for the price!"
