"The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant."

"Wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect view of Arenal volcano. On site they have a farm where kids can milk cows, have a small horse back ride and gather eggs from the hen house daily. The staff was incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. On the property are 4 hot spring pools to enjoy! Very safe property I let my 13 year old wander and explore. We also tried the on property spa and got massages, it was rustic but an excellent treatment"

"This property was beautiful! Staff was helpful and the check in was seamless. Breakfast was should not be missed and was huge. Food was great and a huge variety of food and the staff was so helpful. The hot springs were perfect for lounging, and the pool area was well maintained. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic.
