"The best part if the property was the beautiful plants and layout out the property. We also, enjoyed having tje restaurant amenities on the property and bar. We stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed everyone of them. The sounds of birds and no mosquitoes . The staff was very helpful. And they even had a casino on the property to try your luck. The room was so spacious and to have 2 sinks was a plus in book. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus. Not to mention various food choices...

"Good location, Room was fine for one night. Our room was next to the front door, facing the main road, so it was a little noisy. Not great amenities and even when I asked for them, I didn’t get all I needed. Wouldn’t stay any longer. "

"We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned which was a problem because there is just one small trash can in the bathroom. The shower had very limited hot water."

"Everyone smiled and they made my kids balloon animals at breakfast. Food was good, beds were on the firm side but clean and perfect for one night after a long flight."

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. "Stayed just for a night. Close to the airport. There were ants in the room but otherwise, once cleared, it was a good stay. Our waiter at the steakhouse didn't seem to want to serve us but the food was delicious lol"

"This hotel seems to value a certain type of traveler, and we just didnt make the cut for being valued as guests here. I felt aweful here, like a pest. I was never greeted by the staff, in fact i had to initiate conversation with the front desk to obtain my room key. They just kind-of ignored me. Also, the bell boy looked at me so sternly i thought he was security lol. I smiled at him thinking he was security, then he lit up and grabbed a couples bags directly behind my partner and I.
