Great staff, always willing to help. Very clean room and a very big variety for breakfast which was excellent. Parking is very safe and so much to do in the hotel, from restaurants, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, live piano player every night and more.

This is a very old hotel, and the lack of an elevator is already a significant drawback. What makes it worse is how poorly this is handled by the staff. Despite arriving with two toddlers, a large stroller, and multiple pieces of luggage, we were assigned a room on the second floor with no assistance ...
