The grounds are like a nature reserve with a myriad of wildlife which really makes feel like your on a country getaway. It was my 2nd stay at Banksia and I will return again. "

"The pictures are outdated. The room was warm out. The shower water was cold. Not enough shampoo etc was left for 4 people. Outside area was not clean. When reported to reception nothing was done about it, no reasonable refund was offered. Cold shower just is not acceptable. Queen bed felt like a double bed size, it was small. Only good thing was the view. Spa water was too hot. Steam room was too hot. Could not enjoy amenities "

"Was not very easy to locate the reception. Free upgrade to a 3 bedroom apartement, appears recently renovated. Very spacious, clean and conveniently centrally located. Some wear and tear of window furnishings. A pleasant stay overall"

"Location was good. Need more utensils and cutlery. We had to go buy a pair of spatula from Coles. Also not a fan of the toilet and bathroom being together, especially when it's a 2 bedroom apartment so you are likely to have 4 ppl staying at the same time. The blinds didn't cover the window fully, there were plenty gap on the side, if you are a light sleeper you gonna be waking up early. Lots of foot traffic, some large groups of teens, being on the main road, so having secure gates was a good...

"Staff & owners are friendly, but the facilities are old and shabby. Bathroom needs major overhaul. No hairdryer. Not worth premium rate charged."

"We had a ground room with no kitchen or balcony. It was a bit noisy with people outside an stomping on the floor above. Bed was comfortable. 👍 Ps it would have been nice to have hot chocolate as an option for a hot drink but there was only tea and instant coffee."
